We will invite Aspiring Principals to attend from 9:00 - 10:00 am to hear guidance on the hiring process, including what makes a candidate stand out. At 10:00 am, Assistant Principals will join the group to hear presentations from a variety of individuals representing different positions in school administration (Athletic Director/Assistant Principal of a smaller school, Female Principal, Small School Principal, Assistant Principal). Lunch will be provided from 11:15 am-noon, at which point the Aspiring Principal's conference will end. The last hour will be dedicated to a roundtable discussion with our Assistant Principals.
